Selyado allows users to log in using their Facebook or Google accounts. If you wish to remove Selyado's access to your data and delete your Selyado account completely, please follow the steps below.
Method 1: Instant Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data:
- Sign in at selyado.app.
- Open My Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your profile, alert preferences, and history are erased immediately. Note that any active Premium time is forfeited on deletion and is non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.
Method 2: Removing Access via Facebook
- Go to your Facebook Account Settings.
- Navigate to "Security and Login", then click on "Apps and Websites".
- Find "Selyado" in the list of active apps.
- Click "Remove". This severs the connection between Facebook and Selyado.
Method 3: Complete Database Erasure via Email
To completely erase your profile, saved job alerts, and history from our secure servers:
- Send an email to mariel@selyado.app from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the exact subject line: "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
Our administration team will permanently purge your database records (including your name, email, and avatar URL) within 7 business days and reply with a confirmation of deletion.
