Welcome to Selyado.app. Selyado is officially registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as SELYADO WEB PORTAL SERVICES. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with secure and instant job alerts, we collect the following data:
- Account Data: When you log in using Facebook or Google, we securely receive your full name, email address, and profile picture.
- Alert Preferences: We store the countries and job keywords you select to customize your job alerts.
- Notification Data: If you connect our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram Chat ID to send you real-time messages.
- Payment Data: If you upgrade to a Premium tier, your payment is processed securely by PayMongo. Selyado only stores a payment reference number and your subscription expiry date. We never see or store your credit card or e-wallet details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to:
- Create and secure your Selyado account.
- Send you job alerts matching your preferences via Telegram or email.
- Provide customer support and verify your Premium status.
3. Third Party Services We Trust
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share data only with secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure partners to operate the platform:
- Supabase: Secure database and authentication hosting.
- Cloudflare: Global website hosting and security.
- PayMongo: Secure payment processing.
- Telegram and Brevo: Delivery of alerts and transactional emails.
4. Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook and Google)
You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data from Selyado at any time. To request complete data deletion:
- Send an email to selyado.app@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the exact subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
We will completely erase your profile, alert preferences, and history from our database within 7 days and send you a confirmation. For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion page.
