1. What Selyado Is (And What It Is Not)

Selyado is a high-speed data mirror and notification service. We track publicly available, approved job orders from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and deliver them to our users.

Selyado is NOT a recruitment agency. We do not hire, process papers, or deploy workers abroad. We solely provide information and alerts. We are not legally affiliated with the DMW or POEA.

2. Data Source and Accuracy Disclaimer

Selyado mirrors official public data. Please read the following official notice regarding the job orders displayed on our platform, as stated directly by the DMW:

3. Account Security

You must log in using your own Google or Facebook account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend Premium access to protect the platform.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

Selyado offers Premium tiers (Sprint, Hunter, Agila) that unlock agency contact details and instant alerts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Selyado is a tool to empower your job search. We are not responsible for the actions of recruitment agencies, illegal recruiters, or any financial losses incurred during your application process. Always verify agency credentials directly with the DMW before paying any placement fees.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any Selyado service or payment, contact us first at mariel@selyado.app with your account email and payment reference. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, either party may seek mediation through the Department of Trade and Industry under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Venue for any proceedings is Iligan City, Philippines.
